Return Policy

WARNING: Shipping water based products during winter months is less than ideal. We do our best to keep product from freezing during transport. Liquids CANNOT be drop-shipped during winter/cold months. It is the client’s responsibility to bring all liquids in side at the time of delivery and inspect the liquids at time of delivery (open the carton to ensure the product is still in liquid form). Should product arrive “frozen” (in a solid state – not liquid) or damaged, CanCork Floor must be notified within 48 hours of delivery. Failure to inform CanCork Floor inside of 48 hours of damaged/frozen product negates the client’s ability to file a claim for replacement product with Cancork Floor or Forna.Returns or exchanges are not permitted on opened boxes, close-outs, final sales, special orders, clearance items. To be eligible for a return or exchange, the product must be in its original condition and have been properly stored. Installed product is considered accepted by purchaser and may not be exchanged or returned for any reason. Shipping and delivery charges are non-refundable. Any additional shipping costs relating to a return or exchange are the sole responsibility of purchaser.Exchanges are permitted within 30 days of receipt of the product without a restocking fee. Defective product may be exchanged, prior to installation, within 90 days of receipt.

Requests for returns must be made within 30 days of receipt of the product. Approved returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee. Special orders are not returnable unless the product is defective.***Liquids such as Adhesive and Polyurethane are NON-REFUNDABLE PURCHASES. NO credit will be given for liquids returned to us. 

Cancork Floor Inc. will accept return:

  1. Flooring product that is in original plastic packaging and in resalable condition.
  2. Product is a regular priced item that is not a monthly “Special” nor “Clearance” item:
    • a. 100% Refund of purchase price if returned inside of 30 days after purchase
    • b. 80% Refund (20% Restocking Fee) if product returned 31 – 90 days after purchase
    • c. At our discretion if return is longer than 90 days after the original purchase

Cancork Floor Does NOT accept the following:

  1. Liquids (Adhesive or Polyurethane) – All Liquids are considered “Final Sale”
  2. Special Order, Sale, Clearance or Monthly Special flooring
  3. Flooring product without the original packaging/plastic
  4. Product that is purchased “sight unseen” – or when client refuses free samples
  5. Return shipping charges – cost of returning product is carried by the purchaser
