Shipping FAQs

How can I reduce delivery cost?

Freight-terminal pickup can cost less than residential delivery. You will need a suitable vehicle and enough help to load and transport the order safely. View freight-terminal locations.

When will my order ship?

Most in-stock orders leave the warehouse within two business days. We will send tracking information when the shipment is ready. Transit time depends on the destination, order size, and carrier schedule.

How does residential delivery work?

Residential freight delivery is curbside or driveway delivery. A lift-gate lowers the pallet from the truck, and a pallet jack places it at the accessible delivery point. Inside delivery is not included, so arrange help to move the cartons indoors.

What should I check at delivery?

Before signing the carrier’s waybill, count the cartons and inspect the pallet and packaging. Record any damage, shortage, or overage on the waybill. Notes on the signed waybill are required when we file a freight claim on your behalf.
