How does a residential delivery work?
A residential delivery is considered complete once the product is delivered to the driveway. For this type of delivery, flooring products require a delivery vehicle with a lift-gate. The pallets should be lowered off the truck and into your driveway with a pallet-jack. The carrier may require you to unload the vehicle yourself. Large orders of flooring product are heavy and require proper equipment to accept the goods upon delivery. Please check weight of your goods before they are delivered to you. You will find the weights of the carton(s) or pallet(s) under “Products”.
What are the shipping policies?
Delivery is Monday to Friday, between 9am and 6pm local time. The carrier will call you in advance to arrange a delivery time
Please note: You should inspect your shipment before signing the delivery waver. Most shipments made by common carrier require a signature upon delivery. Should you find any damages to the packaging – do not sign the waver. The carrier is responsible for the state of the goods delivered to you. If you find that your goods have been damaged during transport, call their office immediately to decide what to do with the damaged product.
