How does a residential delivery work?
A residential delivery is considered complete once the product has been delivered to your driveway. To facilitate this type of delivery for flooring products, a delivery vehicle equipped with a lift-gate will be used. The pallets containing your order will be carefully lowered from the truck and placed in your driveway with the assistance of a pallet-jack.
Please be aware that your order will be delivered to your curbside, and there won’t be an inside delivery service provided. Therefore, it will be your responsibility to move the product from the driveway into your home.
What are the shipping policies?
Delivery is Monday to Friday, between 9am and 6pm local time. The carrier will call you in advance to arrange a delivery time
Upon receiving your cork flooring, we kindly request that you conduct a thorough inspection of both the pallet and each carton. It’s important to count each carton and ensure that there are no discrepancies between the driver’s waybill and your invoice. In case of any damage, shortage, or overage, it is imperative to make a note of these issues on the driver’s waybill before signing it. Failure to follow these steps may result in the forfeiture of our ability to initiate any freight claims on your behalf. By signing the waybill without noting any damage or discrepancies, you are acknowledging the receipt of the product in new condition and assuming ownership of it as is.
