Are you looking for the best vinyl plank flooring? How about vinyl that isn’t vinyl? Sounds strange I know, but the Fusion Cork products are in a category all by themselves.
They rank as a vinyl-cork but in fact they have no vinyl (PVC) content what so ever. That means the VOC and phthalate contents are nothing to be concerned about. Fusion cork is created using Polypropylene (PP) finish. This is a “tough as nails” finish that has been used to create childrens’ toys. The polypropylene is considered an inert form of plastic that has been used safely for decades.
Forna has been testing the market with this product and we are happy to say it is a hit! Not only in terms of style, but in terms of toughness, this floor does it all. The warmth and comfort of cork with the toughness of traditional PVC vinyl. These floors are also ranked as a floating “cork” floor which means they can benefit from cork underlay.
