Terrazzo Cork Flooring

A pale, speckled terrazzo look in warm, quiet cork: a 10 mm floating plank that clicks together and feels nothing like stone underfoot.

Terrazzo brings the light, flecked character of its namesake to natural cork. It is one of three coordinating white-toned stained cork looks, sitting alongside Grano and Sustainazzo, so you can brighten a room without giving up the warmth and texture of real cork grain showing through the stain.

Each plank is built in three layers: a 3 mm stained cork top layer over a 6 mm E1 class high density fiberboard core, with a 1 mm cork underlay already attached underneath. The surface is sealed with a high resistance Natural Shield water-based polyurethane wear layer, so the floor arrives finished, stain resistant, and ready to walk on.

Underfoot, cork does what hard flooring cannot. It is warm, resilient, and low slip, which makes it a favourite for seniors, children, and anyone with arthritis or joint pain. The same cell structure insulates against acoustic vibration and thermal swings: it keeps noise from travelling through the floor or ceiling, holds heat in the room through winter, and keeps unwanted heat out in summer.

Installation is a floating Uniclic click lock system, with no glue and no nails, and the planks are rated for above grade, on grade, and below grade rooms. That makes Terrazzo as much at home in a finished basement as in a main-floor living room.
