Questions & answers
Which Canadian businesses qualify for TradePro?
Verified flooring retailers, contractors, installers, architects, designers, builders, developers and commercial purchasing teams operating in Canada. It is a trade program, so we do look for a real business behind the application.
How is my tier worked out?
From qualifying product purchases over a rolling 24-month period. Your tier records your standing with us; the automatic trade rate is currently 3% at every tier.
Can one project beat my account rate?
Yes, by quote. A single project of $2,500 or more in eligible products qualifies for a scoped custom quote from your account manager. An approved quote can reach 10%.
What happens with freight?
Freight, delivery method and timing are priced per order or quote. Canadian projects can mean long hauls and awkward dock access, so we would rather quote it honestly than advertise blanket free shipping. Collection from our Surrey, BC warehouse is available if you would rather run your own truck.
How do I pay?
Commercial TradePro orders are paid by Interac e-Transfer or electronic funds transfer (EFT). Consumer financing and deferred-payment options are not part of the program. Fulfilment begins once funds clear.
Does the rate apply to everything?
No. Eligibility, exclusions, promotions and any project-specific terms are shown on your account or written into the approved quote.
