White Leather Cork Flooring

One of the whitest whites in cork: a crisp white floor with a leather block pattern that keeps it from ever looking flat. Flooring trends have moved on from greige and grey toward whites and off-whites, and White Leather sits right at the front of that shift. Pure white floors dazzle at first, then quickly turn bland. This floor avoids that trap: the leather block pattern breaks the surface into small patches of white with the occasional quick stab of blue, so the floor stays subtle but never boring. Each 900 mm x 300 mm (35 7/16 in x 11 13/16 in) plank is a 12 mm (1/2 in) sandwich: a 3 mm stained cork wear surface over a 6 mm E1 class high density fibreboard core, with a 3 mm cork underlay already attached. The surface is sealed with a high resistance Natural Shield water-based polyurethane, and the planks lock together with the Uniclic click-lock profile for a glue-free floating installation. Underfoot, this is cork doing what cork does best: warm, resilient and quiet. It insulates against both acoustic vibration and thermal swings, keeping unwanted heat out in summer and warmth in the room in winter, which helps trim heating and cooling bills. The low-slip, impact-resistant surface is forgiving for seniors, children and anyone with arthritis or joint pain. Rated for domestic class 23 and light commercial class 52 use, and approved for above grade, on grade and below grade installation, it works through living rooms, bedrooms, dining rooms and basements alike.

Important product note

A matching 6 mm White Leather glue-down tile is also available. Many customers use it to carry the same white leather pattern into bathrooms while running this 12 mm floating plank through the main living areas, continuing the modern feeling throughout the home. Note that the glue-down tile version requires site-applied polyurethane after installation; this floating plank arrives already finished.
