Real cork oak bark, 28 mm thick, fused into a wall panel that cuts up to 75 dB of noise while looking like nothing a lab could invent.

What you see on a Roccia panel is what came off the tree. The top layer is genuine cork bark, taken directly from the cork oak and fused to an agglomerated cork layer over a 3 mm MDF core (CARB Phase 2 compliant). The natural golds, creams, beiges and browns build a patina no printed finish can copy, sealed under a high resistance super-matte wax finish.

That rustic, uneven surface is not just for looks. The irregular bark relief scatters sound in every direction, maximizing diffusion and minimizing reverb, echo and reflection. At 28 mm (1 ⁷/₆₄ in) thick, Roccia is built for acoustic wall applications: music rooms, media rooms, home studios, or any space where you want the room to sound as calm as it looks.

Roccia works in an old-world style home or a modern chic apartment, on walls or ceilings, in residential and commercial spaces alike. Made in Italy in 600 mm x 600 mm panels, it installs as a decorative feature that also insulates: cork's natural cell structure damps sound and vibration, holds warmth in winter and keeps rooms comfortable year-round, which helps lower heating costs.

It is also the health-conscious alternative to wallpaper. Cork is naturally resistant to pests, mould, mildew and allergens, and Roccia is manufactured with formaldehyde-free adhesives: hypoallergenic, with no harsh chemicals. The bark itself comes from 100% renewable cork oak trees, harvested on a 9-to-12-year cycle without harming or felling the tree.
