LOBA 2K Supra AT is a high-performance, two-component water-based polyurethane finish designed to provide excellent durability, chemical resistance, and a natural-looking surface. When applied correctly, it enhances the appearance of cork flooring and cork tiles while delivering long-lasting protection in residential and commercial environments.

Recommended temperature: 55°F–80°F (13°C–27°C)
Relative humidity: 40%–75% RH
Do not apply below 55°F (13°C)
Ensure the product is at room temperature before use
Maintain adequate ventilation during application and drying

Scraping, sanding, or removing old finishes from wood floors may release lead dust. Follow all local and federal lead-safety regulations.

Sand and prepare cork surfaces according to NWFA guidelines
The floor must be:
Clean
Dry
Free of wax, oil, grease, dust, or other contaminants
Always prepare a sample or test area to confirm:
Product compatibility
Final appearance
Desired performance
Pot life: approximately 2 hours
Do not thin
Do not add water
Shake the base component thoroughly
Add the entire hardener to the base
Replace the lid and shake vigorously until fully mixed
Mixing ratio: 10 parts base : 1 part hardener
Use a LOBA mixing container or a scale to ensure accuracy
Use a high-quality microfiber roller
Recommended nap length: 8–12 mm
Apply evenly to prevent streaks, puddles, and lap marks
500–600 sq. ft. per gallon per coat
Coverage may vary depending on cork porosity and surface texture
Recoat: after 2–3 hours
Light foot traffic: after approximately 12 hours
Furniture placement: after 3 days
Homes with active dogs: recommended after 5 days
Full cure: approximately 3 days
⚠️ If drying is delayed, wait until the surface is completely dry before applying the next coat.
Apply finish only after adhesive has fully cured
(Follow the adhesive manufacturer’s instructions)
Apply a maximum of two coats per day
Apply three total coats of LOBA 2K Supra AT
First coat
Roll evenly
Allow to dry 2–4 hours
Second coat
Apply evenly
Allow to dry overnight
(This helps reduce the risk of cork granule swelling)
Intermediate sanding
Lightly sand using a 180–220 grit perforated pad to remove grain raise
Vacuum thoroughly
Tack the surface with a clean microfiber mop pad, lightly dampened with water
Final coat
Apply evenly and allow to cure
Follow the cork manufacturer’s recommendations
If recoating is permitted:
Lightly sand the surface
Apply one to two coats of LOBA 2K Supra AT
Always test for adhesion before full application
Maintain consistent temperature and airflow
Work methodically to keep a wet edge
Avoid over-rolling the finish
Clean tools immediately after use
Protect the surface from moisture during the curing period
