After you place an order

We confirm the products and carton quantities, prepare the shipment, and send tracking information when it leaves the warehouse. The carrier will contact you when an appointment is required.

Choose the delivery method that fits your project

• Residential delivery: curbside or driveway delivery with lift-gate service.
• Business delivery: delivery to an accessible commercial address.
• Warehouse pickup: collect a prepared order from our Surrey warehouse.
• Freight-terminal pickup: collect the order from a nearby carrier terminal with a suitable vehicle.

Shipping rates and timing

Enter your delivery address in the cart or at checkout for the available rates. Pricing and transit time depend on the destination, order size, inventory, and carrier schedule. If no rate appears, email [email protected] for help.

Remote destinations

Some rural, island, and northern destinations require a custom quote or terminal pickup. We will confirm the available option before the order ships.

Cold-weather liquid shipping

Adhesives and finishes require special handling in freezing temperatures and may need winter packaging or faster service. Review our cold-weather shipping guide before ordering liquids in winter.
