Concrete Alloy Techslate Stone-Look Flooring

The look of polished concrete in a Swiss-made 7.5 mm click plank that is waterproof, fireproof and quiet underfoot. Concrete Alloy delivers the cool, urban character of raw concrete without the cold, hard slab. Each 920 mm x 460 mm (36 7/32 in x 18 7/64 in) plank is finished with direct, lightfast digital printing and a micro-bevelled edge, so the surface keeps its colour even in sun-drenched rooms, rated above 7 on the 8-point lightfastness scale. Under the surface, this is mineral flooring, not laminate. A highly viscoelastic intermediate layer sits over a mineral carrier plate, with a GREEN Sound impact underlay bonded to the back. The result is a floor that is 100% water resistant, shows 0% thickness swelling after 24 hours in water, and carries an A2fl-s1 fire rating. That mineral core also makes it remarkably stable: dimensional movement is under 0.03%, which allows installations of up to 1,000 square metres without expansion or separation joints. Planks click together with the Uniclic profile and float over the subfloor, above grade, on grade or below grade, including over electric or hydronic radiant heat. With Class 33 commercial durability and the KORUS wear surface, Concrete Alloy is built for cafes, offices, salons, retail shops and busy family homes alike. When a floor reaches the end of its service life, it can be dismantled and 100% recycled through a second-life process.

• Exceptional stability: under 0.03% dimensional change, so up to 1,000 m2 can be laid without expansion joints.
• Sun-safe decor: lightfastness above 7 on the 8-point ISO 105 scale keeps the concrete tones true in bright rooms.
• Healthy indoors: emissions below 100 ppm per AgBB, backed by a Green Guard Gold certificate.
