Forna Golden Beach 10mm Floating Flooring – It’s a traditional flooring that brings back memories of those lovely summer days on the beach in the Golden Hour. Decorate your space in an elegant and pleasant manner.
Golden Beach Cork Flooring
A 10 mm floating cork plank with a natural cork decor, a genuine Uniclic click-lock joint, and its own 1 mm cork underlay already attached.
Golden Beach is natural cork flooring made in Portugal. Planks measure 900 mm x 300 mm (35 7/16 in x 11 13/16 in). Natural cork varies in shade and pattern between planks.
Each plank is built in three working layers: a 3 mm natural cork top layer for comfort and wear, a 6 mm E1 class high density fibreboard core that carries the Uniclic click-lock profile, and a 1 mm cork underlay bonded to the underside. That attached underlay means you float the planks over your subfloor without buying and rolling out a separate acoustic layer.
Cork provides cushioning and thermal insulation. Compare the acoustic test report for the complete floor assembly, and follow the product’s installation and care requirements.
Rated for residential and light commercial use, approved above, on, and below grade, and compatible with hydronic underfloor heating, Golden Beach fits bedrooms, living areas, home offices, and finished basements alike.
Why this floor
- Uniclic click-lock profile for a tight, glue-free floating installation.
- 19 dB impact sound reduction (ΔLw, ISO 717-2, tested at 11 mm), so footsteps stay in the room they happen in.
- Full 10 mm build: 3 mm natural cork top layer over a 6 mm E1 class high density fibreboard core, with a 1 mm cork underlay already attached.
- Rated Domestic class 23 and Light Commercial class 39, protected by a high resistance water-based polyurethane wear layer.
- Approved for above, on, and below grade installation, and compatible with hydronic underfloor heating.
- Greenguard Gold certified and made with formaldehyde-free adhesives.
- Review the selected product’s emissions documentation and cleaning requirements.
- Backed by a 10-year residential wear warranty, a joint integrity warranty, and a lifetime structural warranty.
Important product note
Golden Beach is made from natural cork, so colour variation from plank to plank and carton to carton is expected and is part of its unique look. Review the whole batch and mix planks from several cartons during installation for the most balanced result.
