Noble Chevron Cork Flooring

A Swiss-engineered chevron cork plank that keeps rooms warm, quiet and comfortable underfoot, with a watertight click joint rated for commercial traffic. Noble Chevron brings a classic chevron pattern to a floor made almost entirely of cork, a bark harvested from Mediterranean cork oaks without felling or damaging a single tree. Each oak lives up to 200 years and can be peeled up to 20 times, so the pattern you walk on every day starts as one of the most renewable materials in flooring. The plank itself is an 11 mm (7/16 in) engineered sandwich built in Switzerland: a 3 mm cork visual layer on top, a 6.8 mm E1 grade moisture-resistant HDF core in the middle, and a 1.2 mm agglomerated cork underlayment already attached underneath. A HotCoating wear layer with a water-based Natural Shield polyurethane finish protects the surface to an AC5 abrasion rating. Underfoot it behaves the way only cork can. Roughly 40 million air-filled cells per cubic centimetre make the floor permanently elastic and thermally insulating, so it stays comfortable in bare feet even in winter, cushions your ankles with every step, and knocks 18 dB off impact sound. Because it installs floating with the patented Uniclic click-lock system and is approved above, on and below grade, Noble Chevron works in living rooms, bedrooms, finished basements and busy commercial spaces alike, over hydronic or underfloor radiant heat included.

• Three-layer construction: 3 mm cork top layer over a 6.8 mm E1 grade moisture-resistant HDF core with a 1.2 mm agglomerated cork backing.
• Low-emission and healthy-home friendly: emissions in conformity with AgBB, backed by Green Guard Gold and ECO formaldehyde certification.
• Naturally insulating at 0.108 m² K/W thermal resistance, yet still compatible with hydronic and underfloor radiant heating.
