Parkland Cork Flooring

Rustic, organic cork character in a 12 mm floating plank that clicks together and quiets every room it touches.

Parkland shows cork at its most natural: irregular granules, subtle tonal variation, and a mix of light to medium brown tones with occasional deeper flecks and shadows that give the surface real visual depth. The pattern is lively and dynamic, echoing the natural charm of cork bark, so no two planks read exactly alike.

Each 900 mm x 300 mm (35 7/16 in x 11 13/16 in) plank is a full 12 mm (1/2 in) thick: a 3 mm cork wear surface over a 6 mm E1 class high density fiberboard core, with a 3 mm cork underlay already attached. The industry-leading Uniclic click-lock profile means the floor simply floats over your subfloor, no glue and no nails, and the built-in underlay means no separate underlayment to buy or install.

Underfoot, that cork sandwich does what carpet and hardwood cannot do at once: it feels warm and cushioned, it dampens impact noise instead of transmitting it, and its resilient, low-slip surface is kind to seniors, children, and anyone with arthritis or joint pain. It insulates against thermal swings too, keeping unwanted heat out in summer and warmth in the room in winter, which helps trim heating and cooling bills.

Rated for domestic use and light commercial spaces, and approved above, on, or below grade, Parkland fits living rooms, bedrooms, dining rooms, finished basements, and cozy offices anywhere you want organic authenticity with quiet comfort.

Why this floor

• Impact noise reduction of 19 dB (ISO 140-8) and Impact Insulation Class IIC 55 on 140 mm (5.5 in) concrete without a suspended ceiling: noise stops travelling down through the floor or up through the ceiling.
