Copperstone Gray Natural Composite Flooring

Forna Natural Composite in a cool coppery gray, built on a waterproof Hydrowood core that lets a natural floor go where natural floors usually cannot. Copperstone Gray brings the muted, mineral character of stone to a floor made largely from renewable materials: linseed oil, pine resin, limestone, cork wood flour and jute. The colour is engineered to stay put, with a lightfastness rating above 7 (ISO 105), so the gray you install is the gray you keep, even in sun-washed rooms. Each 620 x 450 x 9.5 mm (24-23/32" x 17-46/64" x 3/8") plank is a three-part sandwich: a 1.5 mm natural linseed composite surface over a 6.8 mm waterproof Hydrowood core, finished underneath with 1.2 mm of agglomerated cork. The core swells less than 1% after 24 hours in water (EN 317), which is why this floor is rated for above, on and below grade installs. Underfoot, the natural linseed composite layer and pressed cork backing work together to cut impact noise by 17 dB and add thermal insulation, so rooms feel quieter and warmer. Up top, a hardwearing polyurethane wear layer with a water-based Natural Shield finish carries a commercial class 33 rating, ready for busy hallways, kitchens, offices and retail spaces alike. Installation is a floating Uniclic click-lock system with square, bevel-free edges: no glue, no nails, and joints that lock together with more than 650 kg/m of strength. It is also fully compatible with electric and hydronic underfloor heating, and its UL GREENGUARD Gold certification confirms low emissions for healthier indoor air.
