Autumn Leaves – T-Molding (900mm Long) (TAL12) (Special Order)

To install T-Molding, you will need certain tools such as measuring tape, miter saw or power saw, construction adhesive, caulk gun, and a damp cleaning cloth.

Step 1: Start by measuring the width of the doorway between the floors, and use a miter saw or power saw for a cleaner cut.

 

 

Step 2: Apply construction adhesive along the bottom of the gap between the two floors.

 

 

 

Step 3: Press the T-molding into the gap firmly, ensuring that the top of the molding rests firmly on each floor with no gaps. Do not glue the lips to the floor.

 

 

 

Step 4: Wipe away any excess glue with a damp cloth.

Step 5: Weigh down the molding with a few heavy objects overnight, taking care not to create any tripping hazards.
