Classic Porcelain Techslate Stone-Look Flooring

The clean, honed look of porcelain tile in a waterproof Swiss click plank: fireproof, quiet underfoot, and rated for full commercial traffic.

Classic Porcelain gives you the pale, even surface of a porcelain tile floor without grout lines, tile saws, or mortar. The pattern is applied by direct, lightfast digital printing and sealed under a KORUS wear coating, so the colour holds even in sunlit rooms: lightfastness tests above 7 on an 8-point scale.

Under that surface sits a mineral carrier plate, the reason this floor behaves so differently from wood-based planks. The mineral core is 100% water resistant and completely fire resistant (A2fl-s1), and it is so dimensionally stable that you can run up to 1,000 square metres without an expansion or separation joint. A highly viscoelastic intermediate layer and a factory-attached GREEN Sound underlay round out the build, cutting impact sound by approximately 19 dB.

Each 920 mm x 460 mm (36 7/32 in x 18 7/64 in) plank is 7.5 mm (19/64 in) thick and clicks together with a Uniclic profile, floating over your subfloor with no adhesive. Rated Class 33 for commercial use and Class 23 for residential, it is at home anywhere from a busy retail shop or dental practice to a family kitchen or basement rec room.

Made primarily from cement fibreboard, Techslate is also designed for easy dismantling and can be 100% recycled through a second-life process at the end of its service.

Why this floor

• Fireproof, not just fire retardant: mineral-based composition rated A2fl-s1 to EN ISO 9239-1.
• 100% water resistant with 0% thickness swelling after 24 hours in water (EN 317): approved above, on, and below grade.
• Exceptional dimensional stability (< 0.03% to EN 434): install up to 1,000 square metres with no expansion or separation joints.
• Commercial Class 33 and residential Class 23 durability with AC5 abrasion resistance (> 10,000 cycles, WR4) under the KORUS surface.
• Quiet by construction: approximately 19 dB impact sound improvement (EN ISO 717-2) plus 35% in-room sound improvement from the attached GREEN Sound underlay.
• Lightfastness above 7 on the 8-point ISO 105 scale, so the printed porcelain pattern stays vibrant in bright, sun-exposed rooms.
• Healthy-room credentials: emissions below 100 ppm per AgBB, antistatic (< 2.0 kV), and R10 slip resistance.
