Silver Birch Cork Flooring
The classic ribbon pattern in a 12 mm (1/2 in) floating plank, with a 3 mm cork underlay already built in.
Silver Birch carries one of the most recognizable patterns in cork: a narrow ribbon stripe threaded with natural cork golds. It reads like the narrow strip oak, maple, or cherry floors of a 1920s home, the kind many of us grew up on, but with the warmth and quiet that only cork delivers.
At 12 mm (1/2 in) thick, this is the heavyweight of the line. The plank stacks a 3 mm natural cork top layer over a 6 mm E1 class high density fibreboard core, with a 3 mm cork underlay permanently attached underneath. That built-in bottom layer means most homes need no additional insulation or underlay before installation.
Planks use the Uniclic profile for floating installation without glue or nails. Rated for above-, on- and below-grade use, subject to the product’s moisture and installation requirements.
The surface is sealed with a high resistance Natural Shield water-based polyurethane wear layer, backed by a 10-year residential wear warranty, a joint integrity warranty, and a lifetime structural warranty.

You will love this floor, trust me! I debated on laminate floor and the cork floating floor, and everybody has laminate, but I went with the cork which I loved the pattern and I wanted to go green with cork. After I put down the cork floor, the compliments just keep coming, everyone that sees it, even men, are impressed with our new cork floor and they ask, “This is cork?!”. I really hope this review helps Cancork out.

Great looking cork flooring, cuts easily, wonderful fit & finish. Installed in family home, home office and 2 bedrooms, replacing all carpet. We love it!

It was easy to install and quite warm due to its thickness. The overall look is beautiful, and the joints of planks are hard to see.

A perfect floor for kitchen. I installed this cork floor about 6 months ago by myself. I made two unsightly marks on the cork floor when I pull my refrigerator to clean. The marks disappeared after a apply two coats of polyurethane. One of the best things to protect cork when you need to move heavy things is Appliance rails. You can buy them at Home Depot.
