Industrial Grey Natural Composite Flooring

A concrete-cool Forna Natural Composite plank with a fully waterproof Hydrowood core, rated for commercial traffic and quiet underfoot. Industrial Grey brings the muted, workshop-inspired grey of modern loft and studio spaces to a floor built with a natural linseed composite surface: linseed oil, pine resin, limestone, cork wood flour, and jute. With a lightfastness rating of 7/8, that colour stays put even in sun-washed rooms. Each 620 mm x 450 mm (24 13/32 in x 17 46/64 in) plank is built in three layers: a 1.5 mm natural linseed composite surface over a 6.8 mm Hydrowood waterproof core, finished underneath with 1.2 mm of agglomerated cork. The result is a 9.5 mm (3/8 in) floating plank that shrugs off moisture (less than 1 percent swelling after 24 hours in water) while the cork backing cuts impact noise by 17 dB and adds a touch of warmth and give underfoot. It carries a class 33 commercial durability rating, so it is at home in busy hallways, kitchens, offices, and retail spaces as much as in living rooms. The Uniclic click-lock profile floats over the subfloor with no glue, and the floor is approved for every level of the home: above grade, on grade, and below grade, including over electric or hydronic underfloor heating.
