Sustainazzo

Sustainazzo Cork Flooring

Terrazzo style, cork comfort: a light, white-toned 10 mm floating plank that cuts impact noise by 19 dB.

Sustainazzo brings the speckled character of terrazzo to a natural cork floor. The stained, white-toned cork decor reads bright and contemporary, and the 900 mm x 300 mm (35 7/16 in x 12 in) plank format with square, unbevelled edges keeps the surface looking clean and continuous across the room.

Each plank is a true engineered sandwich: a 3 mm cork wear surface over a 6 mm E1 class high density fibreboard core, with a 1 mm cork underlay already attached. The face is sealed with a high resistance Natural Shield water-based polyurethane, so the finish is stain resistant and easy to keep clean.

Cork provides cushioning and thermal insulation. Compare the acoustic test report for the complete floor assembly, and follow the product’s installation and care requirements.

Made in Portugal, Sustainazzo is rated for residential and light commercial spaces, and the click-lock format can float above, on, or below grade, so a bright basement is on the table too.

Why this floor

• Uniclic click-lock profile: the planks float without glue or nails.
• 19 dB impact sound reduction (ISO 717-2 tested), so footfall stops transmitting down through the floor or up through the ceiling.
• Rated domestic class 23 and light commercial class 49, with a 10-year residential wear warranty, a joint integrity warranty, and a lifetime structural warranty.
• 10 mm construction: 3 mm cork top layer, 6 mm E1 class high density fibreboard core, and 1 mm cork underlay attached, no separate underlayment to buy.
• Approved above, on, and below grade, and compatible with hydronic underfloor heating.
• Greenguard Gold certified and made with formaldehyde-free adhesives.
