Golden Beach Cork Flooring

A 10 mm floating cork plank with a natural cork decor, a genuine Uniclic click-lock joint, and its own 1 mm cork underlay already attached. Golden Beach is pure, natural cork from Portugal, presented in a generous 900 mm x 300 mm (35 7/16 in x 11 13/16 in) plank. Because the face is real cork rather than a printed pattern, no two planks repeat: shade shifts from plank to plank are expected and are exactly what gives this floor its warm, organic character. Each plank is built in three working layers: a 3 mm natural cork top layer for comfort and wear, a 6 mm E1 class high density fibreboard core that carries the Uniclic click-lock profile, and a 1 mm cork underlay bonded to the underside. That attached underlay means you float the planks over your subfloor without buying and rolling out a separate acoustic layer. Underfoot, the difference from hardwood or tile is immediate. Millions of sealed air cells make cork warm in winter, cool in summer, and gently resilient with every step: a low-slip, forgiving surface that is kind to seniors, children, and anyone with arthritis or joint pain. Those same cells damp sound in both directions, keeping footfall from travelling down through the floor and noise from carrying up through the ceiling. Rated for residential and light commercial use, approved above, on, and below grade, and compatible with hydronic underfloor heating, Golden Beach fits bedrooms, living areas, home offices, and finished basements alike. The surface is stain resistant, hypoallergenic, and easy to clean, and it repels dust, hair, and other small particles, making it a healthy alternative to carpet.

Important product note

Golden Beach is made from natural cork, so colour variation from plank to plank and carton to carton is expected and is part of its unique look. Review the whole batch and mix planks from several cartons during installation for the most balanced result.
