Berber Cork Flooring
The look of Berber carpet, minus everything you dislike about carpet. Berber takes its cue from the flecked, looped texture of classic Berber carpet and renders it in natural cork. The result is a warm, softly patterned floor that reads as cozy and chic at the same time, in a natural cork decor that hides everyday life better than a plain surface ever could. Where carpet traps dust, hair, and dander, cork repels them. This floor gives you the visual warmth of Berber with a hypoallergenic, easy-to-clean surface that is naturally resistant to mould, mildew, and insects, which makes it a genuinely healthier alternative for allergy-prone households. Each 900 mm x 300 mm (35 7/16 in x 11 13/16 in) plank is a full 12 mm (1/2 in) thick: a 3 mm cork top layer over a 6 mm E1 class high-density fibreboard core, with a 3 mm cork underlay already attached. That sandwich is why the floor feels cushioned and quiet underfoot, insulating against both sound and temperature swings so rooms stay warmer in winter and cooler in summer. Planks click together with the Uniclic profile and float over the subfloor, so installation is a weekend-friendly job. Rated for above, on, and below grade, Berber works in basements, bedrooms, and living areas alike, and its resilient, low-slip surface is easy on seniors, children, and anyone with joint pain.Why this floor

Delivery by FedEx Freight was delayed for “truck” reasons. Product finally arrived in great condition and I was called for Pick-up at FedEx Freight terminal. Check out YOUTUBE “How to install uniclic laminate” to help with the learning curve. We are very happy with the beautiful natural color. Installed fairly easily ONCE the I was thru the learning curve.

We installed this flooring in our basement, and we couldn’t be more pleased with it!
On the installation – it is a Uniclc floating product. Anyone who can install a laminate can put together this cork floating floor.
On the finish – We go over the whole floor with a satin finish polyurethane to seal the cork floor.
We have a pool table in our basement. We worried about dimples occur under the pool table, so that we have used cork samples underneath the legs of our pool table to stop dimples from forming. We took a tremendous amount of effort to balance our pool table, we do not know there are dimples or not because we do not want to move out tables to check. I was told by iCork. If there are dimples, these dimples can be “steamed” out of the cork with hot, wet towel left in place for a few minutes.

Excellent and cost-effective service from Cancork! It was great to receive free cork flooring samples in hand so I can visualize at home and made the decision much easier. The cork flooring is shipped on a pallet. I need move all cork flooring by myself into my home.
